The story of a photographer
Hello everyone. Welcome to my website and thank-you for taking the time to get to know me a little better. First off, I have been blessed to have married my high school sweetheart. Now together for 18 years and married for 10, we have grown to a family of 4 and I can honestly say that life has never been busier. Working as a full time nurse, photography is my side hobby that allows my creative side to explore.
Photography started off for me about 8 years ago shortly after my daughter was born. Wanting to document every little detail, I ventured out and purchased an entry level Canon camera. Over the years my hobby has grown from photographing friends, to photographing friends of friends, and now to the business I have created with some of the most amazing clientele. I am a self taught photographer, learning all of my skills through online classes, practice, patience and tons of research.
My sessions are lifestyle based, laid back and full of laughs. I adore those in between moments where a parent is tending to her child's needs, whether it be something as simple as fixing their hair or gets a cuddle from their little one who just doesn't want to leave their side. These raw, authentic moments are what I thrive for. Don't hesitate if photos feel awkward for you. We have all been there! That's what I am here for. I will guide you through your session every step of the way.
